Visa | SBLVIII Hospitality Programs
Goal
To create two distinct once-in-a-lifetime weekend experiences at Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas, NV for both Visa’s clients and consumers.
Execution
For the 5th year in a row, we seamlessly integrated ourselves into Visa’s events team as we led the charge in planning and executing two simultaneous first class hospitality programs. We dialed up each event with only in Vegas touchpoints throughout, such as a living red carpet, flare bartenders, Cirque du Soleil registration staff and an outing to the world renowned Sphere. We paired that all with interactive gifting moments, out of the box attendee activities, unmatched dining experiences, and high profile athlete appearances from players like the G.O.A.T himself Tom Brady.
Results
Consumer Program Results
+ 200 consumers were hosted, doubling the attendance from previous years
+ Survey results were overwhelmingly positive about the entire experience with one consumer saying “This experience was a dream come true in every way possible.”
+ Visa’s brand positioning was positively viewed by attendees, and survey results showed they were more likely to use their Visa card after the event
Client Program Results
+ 50 clients + guests were hosted, increasing attendance by 25% from 2023
+ Visa positioned as an industry leader and key strategic partner for clients
+ 50/50 survey participants rated their experience as “excellent”, with guests saying things like “the entire event was curated so wonderfully” and “from top to bottom, it was just fantastic!”
